Gareon’s final company privacy policy has not yet been supplied. This page is a publication status notice and is not a substitute for that policy.
The enquiry form
When you submit an enquiry, the website sends your name, email address, message and any optional details you provide to Gareon through its configured email service. Gareon uses these details to respond. This website does not save enquiries in a database or browser storage; the email service and receiving mailbox process the message. Temporary request counters are used to limit spam. Fonts and imagery are served with the website.
Website analytics
The production website uses PostHog’s US cloud service to understand page visits, page departures and clicks outside enquiry forms. PostHog receives technical information such as browser, device, page path, referrer and an anonymous visitor identifier stored in local storage. URL query strings and fragments, element text, element attributes and form interactions are excluded. We do not identify visitors by name or email or record browsing sessions. Tracking respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting when available. This website analytics setup is separate from analytics inside Gareon applications.
